You shouldn't have a bottleneck 'cause I also have a GTX 1060 3gb and 8gb RAM and don't have any problems. Please make sure you installed new drivers for this Graphics Card.
Your GPU and CPU also should work fine together. Although everything over GTX 1060 will bottleneck your Processor everything should work fine.
