Download the DirectX SDK. Set the paths in your VS project. Note that these sort of things could have been found very easily by just doing a quick Google search.

yeah i had looked it up and i did download the sdk but thanks for telling me about setting the paths because now it seems to be fixed, i can make cheats like you now!
