Back when 1.2 was released.
You have to understand that most of the features like: No Reload, Fire Rate, Fire Rate Speed and Teleport are pretty much "high risk"
You can still use No Recoil and No Spread but combined with Randomize Aim and Smooth Aim or avoid hitting the exact same spot all the time.
As long as you won't rage and do anything crazy, you should be fine.
