If 15+ can apply for lower staff ranks (Question for the staff)

There is rules everyone had to follow and age is a strict reason.

Oh yes because nobody likes trollers but is easy to spot them; kids learn fast and i said lower rank what you think they to have permissions like ban,delete stuff and ETC hell no.
