Back 4 Blood Hack with Aimbot and ESP for PC

Get instant access to the Back 4 Blood Cheat for PC.

Back 4 Blood is a cooperative first-person shooter from Turtle Rock Studios, the creators of Left 4 Dead, published by Warner Bros. Games. The world is overrun by the Ridden, zombie-like creatures made by an infection that comes from the Devil Worm. A band of survivors called the Cleaners fights back from their base at Fort Hope. Up to four players team up in the campaign, and you can also play it solo with bots.

Two card systems shape each run. Before each run you build a deck of cards that shapes how your Cleaner plays, and the AI Director plays Corruption cards against your team to make each level harder. The Ridden come in many shapes: common hordes, Tallboys and Crushers, Stingers that shoot from the walls, the Reeker family, Snitchers that scream for help, and bosses such as the Ogre, the Breaker, the Hag and the Abomination.

Our Back 4 Blood hack gives you a clear view and a steady aim. It comes with an aimbot with bullet prediction, a triggerbot, 3D and 2D radar ESP for the Ridden and for items, Bird ESP, No Recoil and No Spread, a Warning System, and two options made for the card system: Infinite Card Draw and Infinite Deck Size.

Back 4 Blood ESP for the Special Ridden

The common Ridden come in hordes, but the Special Ridden are what break a run. Stingers hang off walls and shoot from range. A Stalker grabs one Cleaner and drags them away from the team. A Hocker traps a player in sticky bile and then pounces. Each of them punishes the player who did not see it coming. The Back 4 Blood ESP puts them on your screen first.

The 3D Radar draws a Bounding Box and a Head Dot on each enemy in range, with Player Health ESP and Player Distance ESP, and the Enemy Visible and Enemy Invisible colours tell you at a glance who is in the open and who is behind cover. The 2D Radar adds a small window with the enemies around you as dots, so you can spot a Stalker coming in from behind.

Back 4 Blood Aimbot for the Snitcher

Some Ridden are dangerous because of what they call in. The Snitcher screams and calls a horde onto the team if it is not killed fast, which makes it a target to take out before anything else. The Back 4 Blood aimbot is set up for that kind of quick shot.

Aim Bone set to Head or Head Priority goes for the head, Visibility Check only picks Ridden you can see, and Max Distance sets how far the aimbot looks for targets. Aim Style picks targets by FOV, distance or health. If you prefer to aim yourself, the Triggerbot fires for you when your crosshair is on the target, with a Fire Delay you set yourself.

Bird ESP: Do Not Wake the Horde

Back 4 Blood hides traps that call the horde. Frightened birds, car alarms and door alarms all pull a horde onto the team, and one careless step can turn a quiet street into a fight you did not plan. The Back 4 Blood cheat has Bird ESP for this. It marks birds on your screen in their own colour, so the team can pick a route around them instead of walking straight into them. Car alarms and door alarms are still up to your own eyes, but the birds are one surprise less.

B4B Item ESP for Copper, Ammo and Supplies

Copper is the money of a Back 4 Blood run. You spend it on upgrades and items, and a team that finds more copper goes into the next fight better equipped. Currency ESP shows copper on your screen, and Crate ESP, Ammo ESP, Food ESP, Pickup ESP and Grenade ESP show the rest of what lies around the level. Each item type has its own colour, and Max Item Distance sets how far items are shown, so a quick look around a room tells you if it is worth searching.

Back 4 Blood Hack for the Card System

Cards are the heart of Back 4 Blood. Before a run you build a deck that shapes how your Cleaner plays, and you unlock more cards through Supply Lines with the Supply Points you earn by playing. Burn Cards, played in the saferoom, add temporary bonuses. On the other side, the AI Director plays Corruption cards against your team, such as fog, extra hordes or mini bosses, to make each level harder.

The Misc section of the cheat has two options made for this system: Infinite Card Draw and Infinite Deck Size. As the names say, they take the limit off drawing cards and off the size of your deck. A bigger deck leaves more room for the cards you want against what the Director plays.

Back 4 Blood Cheat for Nightmare and No Hope

Back 4 Blood has four difficulties: Recruit, Veteran, Nightmare and No Hope. No Hope is the top one, made for elite players, with relentless Ridden forces. Friendly fire is on at the higher difficulties, so a wild spray into a crowd can hurt your own team. No Recoil and No Spread keep your weapon steady, Smooth Aim keeps the aimbot movement soft, and Stick to Target stays on one Ridden instead of jumping between them. Aim on Friendly and Trigger on Friendly are separate switches. Turn them off and leave Aim on Enemy and Trigger on Enemy on, and the aimbot and the triggerbot only pick enemies.

Swarm PvP: Warning System and 2D Radar

Swarm is the player versus player mode of Back 4 Blood. Four Cleaners face four players who control Mutated Ridden, and here the Ridden are people who wait for the right moment. The Warning System fits this mode. It shows a warning when an enemy is aiming at you or can see you, each with its own angle setting, and the Beep System adds a sound alert. The 2D Radar with Radar Scale and Window Size keeps both teams on one small window, and the Warning System colours make each warning easy to read.

Back 4 Blood Anti-Cheat: What You Should Know

Back 4 Blood on PC uses Easy Anti-Cheat. Turtle Rock names it in its own patch notes, and we found no official source that names any other anti-cheat system for the game. No cheat is ever completely risk free. Options such as Use Aim Key, Smooth Aim and Visibility Check keep the aim under your control, and a Panic Key is part of the Misc section. Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Back 4 Blood cheat included in the Premium Package?

Which version of Back 4 Blood does the cheat support?

Only the Steam version of Back 4 Blood on Windows PC (Windows 10 and 11). Other store versions are not supported.

Is the Back 4 Blood cheat online?

Check the live cheat status page. It always shows the current state of every cheat, so you can look before you buy.

Can the aimbot hurt my own team?

Not if you switch it off for teammates. Aim on Friendly and Trigger on Friendly are separate switches, so you can turn them off and keep the aimbot and triggerbot on enemies. That matters at the higher difficulties, where friendly fire is on. Your own shots can still hit a teammate who steps into your line of fire.

Can the ESP show copper and birds?

Yes. Currency ESP shows copper, and Bird ESP marks birds so you can walk around them. Crate, Ammo, Food, Pickup and Grenade ESP cover the other items.

Clear the Ridden with the Back 4 Blood Cheat

Back 4 Blood rewards a team that sees the Special Ridden early, keeps its aim steady and builds a strong deck. The Back 4 Blood cheat helps with all three, and it comes free with any SystemCheats subscription you buy. Pick a single cheat, one of our cheat packages or the Premium Package, and Back 4 Blood is included.
