I would either pick a Malinois or a Malamute out of that list.
Malinois's are great for training into protection dogs.
And well, malamutes... god damn they beautiful xD
Get a Alaskan Malamute! I had one and they were great!

Also they seem to be very good dogs for familys n' stuff, my aunt and her family have one and they never had any problems, depends on the individual ofc.
