Problem after purchase

I got the Premium package for 6 months last night because a friend of mine had told me a sale was going on. This was for Warzone, come to check, my hardware ID has been banned and all my accounts has been banned. This was NOT due to Systemcheats but due to cheats I had purchased from other platforms. I went ahead and left a review for you guys on trustpilot: https://www.trustpilot.com/submitted...4-31fd179ef77a because I've seen the Warzone cheats from my friend and they run perfectly fine. Was wondering if a refund was possible by any chance.

Unfortunately, this is not possible as it's stated in our Terms of Service and EULA which you agreed upon registration.

Since you did use the product, unfortunately this automatically means you are not eligible for a refund.

I wasn't even able to use the product when I loaded it up game was banned

As @FreshMan said Refund is not possible as you injected the cheat, and you have premium subscription so you can use the product with other games.
