    Question About videos

Hello everyone. Since i always liked the idea of making videos and montages about gameplay in FPS games, i'll take the chance to make a few to take advantage of the video rewarding system.
I wanted to ask (specially for the people who already make videos for SystemCheats) what program do you guys use to edit videos? AND if possible the settings you use to render them!
    Thank you in advance

    Hey there,

It's great to hear you're interested in trying it out.
I can't wait to see what you come up with

Personally, I use OBS for recording with these settings: https://i.imgur.com/sOihsoU.png
For editing, I use Vegas Pro 22. My YouTube render settings are here: https://i.imgur.com/bnUDT9d.png
For Odysee, I use a constant bitrate of 16 MB/s.

    I hope that helps.

    Hello!

    1. I use Nvidia ShadowPlay to record gameplay highlights (usually the last 45 seconds) to make editing easier and avoid sifting through hours of footage: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RVME...v=RVMEBONCx-E)
    2. For editing, I use Adobe Premiere Pro. Since I record in 4K (3840×2160), I render at the same resolution with a bitrate of ~65 Mbps. Higher bitrate = better quality.

Premiere Pro delivers great results, but you could also try alternatives like Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Movavi Video Editor, or Shotcut.

Good luck with filming and editing!

Alright folks i might have an issue.
I'm using OBS, game runs fine at 144 FPS. Recording in the other hands goes 1-3 frames per second. It's fine, runs fine at 60 fps until i click multiplayer. There, it starts to register at 1-3 frames per second. I tried using Pycho settings but it's not working, i lowered way more than that and still doesn't work. I ued all the encoders that i have on OBS and still the same issue. What can it be? I have a pretty huge rig with a 4080Super and a ryzen 7 5800x3d..

Try to isolate the issue, try Nvidia App to record the game, see if the issue persist.

I'm having troubles only when recording with SC injected. Otherwise it works fine.

EDIT: streamproof version works with no lag issues. But i can't showcase the cheats like this.

Record your Desktop/Window instead of the game

Record using cfr (constant frame rate) instead of vfr (variable frame rate) try using da vinci resolve as your editor it will automatically set the frame rate if there is issues with importing. If there is still a problem then download the free handbrake software and re encode your clips to the expected bitrate.
