I had a coupon in my account when I came to purchase the premium package for a year. I accidentally closed the browser, and when I came back to complete the purchase, the code had disappeared from my account. Can I retrieve it, or is it lost?

There was a code named ( Cheathunt_a and number ) That code was in the account, and I didn’t add it

@mjnooonk if you are referring to a sale coupon, then our sale event is no longer available, therefore the coupon won't work.
