COD/Warzone current detection situation

I am thinking of getting back to Warzone, the cheat is currently offline so haven't bought but it's been a while since I don't use the cheats.
Trying to be more risk averse with my accounts, I would like to know if there has been any recent and frequent detection of the cheat generating an automatic ban and if anticheat has gotten stronger in this respect for potential detection? I knew in the past that detection was only possible by obvious blatant hacking or if you got too many reports and unluckily were reviewed. I have never been banned before by cautiously using wallhacks, but would like to know how the things are around today; to decide what type of account to use and what to expect.

The anti-cheat of Call of Duty recently received an update. Currently the cheat is down for extensive testing. Bans have been more common than in the past unfortunately.
