TBH, there is plenty of us and i personally don't believe that our customers should have make such a reports of a thread posted in wrong section. We're trying to fix it on our own, so the members of whole community can easily enjoy doing other things.
If someone wants to help out a fellow customer who has been hit the wall and don't know what to do, sure why not. But reporting things should be stay only on staff members. We're usually trying to monitor the forum, and rarely something miss us. Really rarely. I do understand the point of you are suggesting, and we have been thinking about implementing some kind of the plugins there to help everyone to stay organized, but there is always going to be the ones that forum is a stranger.
