Hum, I can see what you mean but it does not feel like it, try to add some small "impact" effect or something so its more visible, like this for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K68Pjjyr0tk

That's just my take on it, but nice work.

Well I can give you my render settings if you want, because the quality is not the best and you forgot to turn off resampling and Interleave. https://gyazo.com/0289be0dd36e4979b01a9447b8c4527f
Always keep it off and remember to add RSMB in edits. With RSMB your edits looks smoother. For example:

An example video I made 3 years ago. Not the best I know but I can't find right now a scrapped edit on my channel.

Depend how fast your internet is, you can choose one of this settings. I personally recommed you .avi for the best quality. But it takes to upload, because the files are very big (30 sec. around 5gb). I don't have problems with it, because I can upload with 8mbs so I always use it:

    Uncompressed rendering (.avi):

    compressed (.mp4):

I personally don't use sony vegas for mp4 rendering, because after effects mp4 codec is way better.

I see, indeed i edited the post.. But still, settings for OBS are strange. With the AMD encoders i'm getting big problems while recording. Perfect quality but it records at 10 fps and the stops recording at all.. I have to use the default obs encoder.. Wich has wost quality video.. strange.
Any other software to record? Suggestions?

Well depend what kind of pc you have.
If your pc is not the best for recording, use Shadowplay (if you got a NVIDIA GTX). For the best quality use Fraps because you can record uncompressed and you have more opportunity to edit the clip. Well I can tell how I record my clips.

CinemaMode - slow the clip to x0,2 or x0,1 - record with 60fps - Put the clip in VDUB and convert it to 300 fps or 600 - And thats how I record with high fps.

But for the stuffs you did in the video is the best for you shadowplay. I dont use OBS so I can't say you which settings you can use, sorry.
