    I had the similar sort of a virus or malware in my previous pc, but a friend of mine suggested me to use a BitDefender or Eset protection to get rid of it. Its been more than a year now and I haven't came across similar problems since then. Use any of these two to get your pc protected.

    Sometimes even Malwarebytes can't help.. So as I previously said, don't bother trying to get rid of it with antiviruses... Just format the drive(s) and you'll good to go again.. First thing after a fresh windows install is anti malware protection and antivirus.
