Well thats wierd cause someone else told me the cheat has been detected before once in 2016 i think i can't remember

No, the cheat has not been detected.
We had indeed a couple of customers, which got VAC banned. This happened because of an incorrect injection of the cheat.
This means they had the loader opened, when the game was opened or even tried to inject the cheat in an opened game.
