Definitely getting better, instead of fast forwarding between kills I would recommend cutting clips here and there too. Check out some of our graphics team's work under this section for some ideas.
Keep up the good work and efforts and able to do 1080 at all instead of 720? Would make a world of difference in quality.
Well, better that previous. Also do what destr0yer said too, try cutting those parts instead fast forwarding it.

I cant agree more with Destr0yer, a 16:9 aspect ration and Full HD quality is really needed, but other than that, it looks nice :)
