Yes, the black bars were pretty annoying

Finally! You actually have a full video here. Intro/Outro, footage, music, quality. You can remove that last minute and a half of the video where you're just playing the music. You should fade it out so that it ends around 1:51. That would have been a perfect video if that would have been done.
