Skill special force2 ( lucky points )

i just wanted to know that how can i get lucky points? well i've lucky items which is 17.9 but in game i dont get much :/

To get lucky points you win the 1v1 in any game with the enemy getting you down to below 25 hp i think.
But as Lunatic said, best place is skill forum or google and by that he means their site not this one xD
