What paying method did you use? Some of the transactions are not instant.
credit card but in the subscriptions that I have I see only bfv and I already discount the card the payment
There is small delay with payments processing trough stripe at the moment, it should be fixed soon.
I bought one day 2 times but why can't I use it, I'm still a regular member? :(:( my email : [email protected]

Hello, I payed through website earlier about 45 mins ago using stripe and payment went through but I have yet to seen a email or any notification of the product or access to any downloads.

Is there a normal time period for the account to be re-activated for the launcher.
