Intel i9 10900k for sure mate. Or wait for new ryzen.
Ryzen gang
Moving thread to Off-Topic, I know this is Feedback & Suggestions category, but it's more for like forum etc then PC specifications :P
Hmm hard to say, I didn't compered those 2 yet, make some research on google, compere those two and then choose :) That's what I will do
If ONLY Gaming Intel, any video rendering 100% Ryzen having 6 cores more is just extreme uplift in Rendering Performance.
Personaly i would wait 3 weeks , the ryzen 5000 series is due out, apparently it outperforms intel chips at gaming + multitasking .

I'm a huge fan of Intel but AMD looks sexy not gonna lie, so I would go with the Ryzen
Not to be the bearer of bad news, but you might be set up for disappointment. At their last conference, Intel didn't have many comments in regards to growth or development from here. Unless they have a super-secret trick up their sleeves, chances are AMD will steal the CPU market and run with it.

Mainly gaming.
If you have a 9900k and up your good for some years to come. I personally got the 10700k. 8c/16T at 5.1 is plenty for my 3080 I’m about to get.
yeah your not gonna see masses off performance differences between the new 5000 ryzen 7 / 10700k / ryzen 9 / 10900k at 1440p 5-10 percent max in ideal conditions, 4k with all the whistles and bells completely bottlenecks the cpu you could have a hamster on a wheel and see no performance difference from any of the new x64 cpus
Go with new generation Ryzen. It is far more powerful than Intel and even the lowest model is stronger than the best Intel and its only $300
