I personally like BitDefender Total Security 2016. It can be very aggressive.

You should be aware of what to click and what not to click.
I dont know psychopath. Condoms are also a great antivirus. You get some pleasure also.
Windows Defender or Malwarebytes + Brain is all you need.
Bitdefender is a lil' bit better than Kaspersky but I'm in love with Kaspersky!
