Game will not boot up with it disabled.

The game also won't load with AHK, shame. My trigger fingers aren't as fast anymore.

Open Game
Turn on AHK

Secure Boot is required for Battlefield 6 If you are unable to launch the game and see a Secure Boot error, you must enable Secure Boot in your BIOS/UEFI.

So yes it's Required EA has announced them self. If not disabled, you risk on being banned. GL mate

Just here to show my support, have not bought anything in a while but if BF6 is supported by you guys on release then I will def get back into it

Still not banned and still have secure boot off, I can happily take a screenshot with game running and a display showing secure boot is switched off... while I'm in game since it seems nobody believes I'm noy using secure boot and game WILL run fine.
