Okay perfect. So when it comes to Division 1, would you recommend doing randomize aim on since TD1 relies more on statistics or I should still be fine just doing headshot with randomize aim off?

Div 1 Uses Fairfight. They rely on stats more. I would turn on Random Aim for that one.

I think fair fight on this game have been dead for quiet of time I’ve been raging on this game for years especially on dz and I never been banned since this game was release I only been banned 2 times and both times happen when they release the incursion dlc I try to complete the incursion by my self with every single option on and I was banned 24 hour later that’s my personal experience with div 1 I don’t know for every person could be different

Could be I have not played division 1 after 3 months it came out. So it's been years.

do I have to use a emulator like joystix or xpadder? Or can it be just wired

If you want to use controller then yes.
