Hello, @Noob66, thanks for keeping an eye on it. The Division Resurgence is offline on purpose for now, SystemFiles is testing an update after a ban issue and it will only go back online once testing confirms that issue is fully resolved and our customers are safe. We cannot give an ETA while that testing is ongoing, so I do not want to guess a date for you. The status page you are already watching is the right place to look, and we will announce it as soon as it is back. Feel free to open a new thread if you have any other questions.
