as long as the last COD cheat is down ( currently BO7 ), you won't be able to purchase it. You can buy the premium package, which will give you access to most of our cheats, including cods.
For now Premium Package is the way to go. I am still working on an update for BO7 but there has been a lot of other priorities, hence it has been postponed a lot.
