Hello systemcheat members,
After being a customer for 6 years and always being very satisfied and leaving good reviews and feedback. Unfortunately today a negative feedback.
The game Heroes Of Valor was a request submitted by me to make a cheat of this. After many positive reactions we also received this cheat just before the launch (12-06-2025). It was said that the cheat was ready for use and that we have to buy a premium package for this. I see no problem with this.
After the game was released I tried the cheat but it did not work while they said it did work at launch.
Reported on the forum and we were told that the premium package could not be paused and this is understandable and I understand.
On 16-06-2025 the heroes of Valor were updated only after 6 days. Most of us bought a premium package of a week to try this out.
I just don't think it's right that promises are made to a customer and that they are not kept. It took 6 days before we could use the cheat. Don't make promises if you can't keep them.
In general I never have anything to complain about system cheats and the good support but this time I do. It didn't sit well with me and that's why I'm giving my opinion about this.

Regarding the Heroes of Valor cheat: it was working properly at launch, but the game was updated shortly after.
Our developer, SystemFiles, was also busy handling updates for other cheats. Since he is our only coder, it took a few days to get everything fixed, which is why it ended up taking some days.
Regarding the subscription, we understand your frustration, but pausing premium subscriptions is not something we offer, as clearly stated in our policies. This is why we included that cheat as part of the premium package.

I fully understand why you're frustrated, and your points are valid.
Regarding the Heroes of Valor situation, I want to clarify a few things.
While we always aim to deliver on our plans, sometimes unexpected game updates or real-life circumstances can cause delays.
In this case, @SystemFiles was unavailable right after launch, which led to the 6-day delay in bringing the cheat back online.
I agree that 6 days is longer than we would ever want, which isn't typical for us.
As for promises, I want to be clear that we never officially announced Heroes of Valor as a standalone or fully finished product.
The cheat was added to the Premium package because it's still in development and not yet considered fully ready for a single subscription.
That's always been our approach for new or in-progress cheats, and we only release them as single subs when we're confident in their stability and features.
I respect your feedback and understand why this experience didn't sit well with you.
I do feel that a 1-star review might not reflect the full picture of your experience with us over the years, but I appreciate your honesty nonetheless.
To make up for the lost time, I've added 3 extra days to your subscription, along with the 6 days that were affected by the downtime, as a personal apology.
I hope this helps show that we do care about our members and take your concerns seriously.

Thank you for your 3 extra days. You can change the stars to 3 if it is possible. Of course real life always comes first. This is absolutely no problem. We expected a product that was ready as promised. Thanks again for the 3 extra days!
