are the cheats computer bound ?

Hello, was interested in purchasing marvel rivals hack, i wanted to know if the hack is computer bound ?

I have two computers and would like to use it on the two (not at the same time).

How can I do it if I want to use it on the second computer ?

Yes, it is only bound to one PC, so if you have two PCs and plan to use it on both, you will need two accounts with a subscription. Basically one account per device.
