It clearly says you don't have a subscription, maybe you have another account and you are using an account that has no subscription.
What do you mean I'm no longer a customer?? If I bought 6 months in October, it was supposed to last until March, and I'm no longer a customer?
Since it took more than 1 month for you to fix the The Division 2 cheat, just do the math from October to now, I paid for 6 months

Please use that user and login with it on our loader and if you forgot the password you can retrieve it using forgot password option on our forum.

But seems like you keep entering the wrong password so retrieve your password and use that username with the loader and hopefully on the forum aswell so you won't be confused again.
