Hi, I'd to buy the ark cheat and I saw that it doesn't support BE, how can I make sure my server doesn't run with BE on please ?
If your server has this icon so they use Battleye:

If you still want to play on BE servers, you can get a copy of ARK through Microsoft Store.
It will allow you to play technically on every server as BE not running there.
