reset hwid

i want reset hwid but it says "you do not have permission to access this page."：哈哈：：罗福尔：：爱哭的人：

You were not a customer that's why you don't have access + you didn't even receive the HWID error message so why you need a reset.
When you get that error you can open a thread in the HWID section.
