i have used your service many times with no issue today i used your back to school promo and I have not received my subscrition please help

Yes, we are aware of it but nothing we can do as it is Stripe delay, just wait, as soon as their servers will come back to normal, everything will be proceed.

Might be helpful if you advised of the issue so customers could use an alt payment method to avoid it.
