paid/ not customer

hello, i just paid using visa through stripe ,followed all instructions, applied the coupon code,
proper information ,received a green check after hitting the pay button,
was reverted to purchase page automatically,
then nothing, shows im not a customer, no subscriptions.

waiting period?

I will past this case to senior staff, they will have a look into it.

Looks like you have a subscription now, I saw on Stripe there where a few pending purchases trying to get pushed to the forum but timed out.
