Payment done, no subscription

/Thread moved to customer section, since it's not a sub change.
I have 5 days left of subscription in bfv and I just bought the premium package of a week download the new premium loader but I do not see premium but the previous loader help please

What paying method did you use? Some of the transactions are not instant.

credit card but in the subscriptions that I have I see only bfv and I already discount the card the payment

There is small delay with payments processing trough stripe at the moment, it should be fixed soon.

Hello, I payed through website earlier about 45 mins ago using stripe and payment went through but I have yet to seen a email or any notification of the product or access to any downloads.
