Paid for cheat and have not received anything

need help with payment error I recently paid for sea of thieves cheat 1 month via card and have not received anything and have been charged on my card. Is there a support thread somewhere or something?

Well, Void service is one of the best! But usually this things doesn't happen, one of our Admin will look into it asap.

As far as I see you indeed try to pay using Stripe, but the payment was blocked due to incorrect card information according to stripe.
Other than that, I don't see any other attempts.

So your payment definitely didn't go through nor you got charged for it.
Try again please, this time, make sure the information you type in stripe is accurate.

If you still believe that you been charged, I would love to see a proof through pm or even better join our teamspeak for live chat.

hmm checked it today and looks like it's turned into a pending charge I definitely put the correct information in. This must be a bank authorization issue or something of that nature I assume it will be back in my account in a couple of days if it hasn't reached your service. I will go through void in the future to avoid this. Thanks for your time!

It definitely won't go through as I see the payment was blocked, which means fully cancelled at this point.
Error from Stripe is CVC check.

You can try again, but if it will fail, then yeah probably Void is your option.
You can also call your bank and ask them why the payment is not going through.

Let me know what you decide on.

ahh, this makes sense my bank has a tendency to block transactions from some sites including PayPal because it's an unfamiliar transaction apparently, and it's always the same CVC error. I'm confident the money will be back and ill just go through void as I have in the past and would rather not have a convo with the bank about a cheat haha. Thanks again great support!!
