First of all, what subscription you talking about and what discord?
Because I know for a fact we DON'T have discord..
So who you bought it from and what discord you talking about.
We're not psychics here to figure it out on our own, so please provide as much details as possible.

Did you try to purchase with your mobilephone? If so, make sure to switch the site to desktop version. Otherwise you will get this error.
